Originally produced as a page for an underwater book that was never made, this two-sided silkscreen edition by Joseph Beuys was printed on vinyl PVC sheets. The entire edition was intended to weigh three tons by its completion, comprised of 40 pages per book, each hand altered and stamped. While the ambitious goal was never met, the varying finished pages remain as autonomous, unique works in their own right.
