Carolyn Watkins Surrogate Stonewear, slip and glaze 2015
Carolyn Watkins is a ceramic artist from Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Master of Fine Arts in ceramics from the Hope School of Fine Arts at Indiana University, and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the school of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning and the University of Cincinnati. Carolyn has done residencies at the Mendocino Arts Center in Mendocino, California, at Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass, Colorado, and most recently at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft in Houston, Texas.
